Pink & Blue

blue-liner-swatch
barry-m-blue-liner
Revlon Photo ready foundation, collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer, Sleek Blush in Rose Gold, Barry M 19 eyeliner, Ardell demi wispies lashes, MAC Please me lipstick, Maybelline the one mascara.

I bought this for a flash of colour for the summer, this would look really pretty in the waterline or if you wanted a bolder look you could line around the whole eye like I have done!

I started by lining my whole eye and then blended it out a little with a blending brush. I then applied some false lashes and plenty of mascara on the bottom lashes. I used MAC Please me on the lips as it is a pretty pink which I think compliments this look well.

I'm really impressed with this eyeliner, it feels creamy and blends pretty well for a liner. I wore this all day and it lasted really well, its such a lovely colour and really well pigmented.

Natural Collection Eyeshadows

Natural Collection is a really affordable, good quality make up brand. These eyeshadows were only £1.99 each and as you can hopefully see from the swatches, they are well pigmented and such pretty shades!

If I want to do a Make up look, It can get a bit much each time splashing out on a new MAC eyeshadow that I wouldn't normally wear, I think these are a great resolution as there
are lots of colours to choose from and for £1.99, you can't really go wrong!

The only downside to these eyeshadows is the packaging, its very plasticy and cheap feeling, but then considering the value of the eyeshadow and the fact that the quality is so good, then I think the packaging doesn't really matter that much!

Have you tried these?

Recently I feel so pulled into all the new, exciting products that are out at the moment that I feel I have neglected a lot of my old make up.
To resolve this, this week I did a massive sort out, got rid of lots of old make up and organised everything neatly into my glossybox boxes. Hopefully now I can use up what I have rather than buying more and more of what I dont really need. Don't get me wrong, I still NEED to try revlon lip butters lol and I'm sure I'll try new things now and again but I'm trying to be a bit more frugal :)

I'm excited about re-discovering products and looking forward to seeing the Hunger Games this Friday! I'm also really addicted to Draw Some at the moment, my username is MisSophie7 if anyone wants to play!

March Harrods Glossybox

March's Glossybox:

I was so excited to get this box, the postman even asked me what it was as he had delivered so many!

Overall I'm really happy with my box this month. I was a bit disappointed with the perfume size sample as it seems all the other perfume samples this month were in a cute glass bottle - this is a standard tiny plastic spray tube!
The YSL serum looks amazing, I think it might be meant for older skin but I still can't wait to try it! The burberry lipstick is in the shade rosewood which looks quite dark but is a pretty color.
Whenever I think about cancelling my subscription, Glossybox put out a really good box! I think I'll stay put with Glossybox for the moment, Ican't wait to see what they have next month!
Did anyone else get Glossybox this month?

Primark tshirt dress £8 (looks so similar to the £25 Topshop one) - The Magic
Waffles and soya ice cream - Twilight marathon

I've found some great bargins this week including this grey t-shirt dress in Primark, it looks so similar to the Topshop one but is a lot cheaper at only £8, I also got these No7 wipes with my boots £5 off No7 voucher, it takes them down to £2 and they are my favourite ever make up wipes!
I am SO excited that Breaking Dawn pt 1 is out on DVD tomorrow, I've been catching up on Twilight and New moon and I'm just settling down to watch Eclipse now!
I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend,

February Glossybox

I've read a lot of blog posts about this months Glossybox and I agree it is a little disappointing, however although all the products are sample sized, it is a sample box and I was so impressed with december and januarys boxes that it hasn't put me off.
I've got the big version of the Dr Bronners soap, its great for washing make up brushes so this will be a useful travel sized bottle, I will probably use the BM eyeshadow for a smoky eye and Duwop gloss but I dont have curly hair so I wont use the Paul Mitchell curl definer and I've got so many body lotions now i'm not sure if i will really use this one.
I've seen sneak peeks of the mystery box (next months box) and I think it looks pretty exciting so I'm continuing my subscription for now, but with so many other beauty boxes out there I am getting tempted to try another one!
